Krav defensive tactics is a system of self-defence tactics which is based on the reality of the street. Krav defence learns relatively simply and is purely devised for self-defence. It has been built from elements of several self-defence systems. The emphasis lies on Israeli systems such as Krav Maga and Krav a panim a panim (kapap), there are also influences of Senshido; Kelly McCann combatives and other reality-based systems. The training has as an aim yourself and of defending others against attacks on the street. You learn to defend yourself against attacks with fists or knives, blunt weapons and fire arms. The system is suitable for men and women and Krav-defence is also given to young people. Krav-defence is very suitable for police force, security and army.
